By using ZEDBOX services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

In these terms:

• "ZEDBOX", "we", "our" refer to ZEDBOX and its subsidiaries

• "Services" refer to all products and services offered by ZEDBOX

• "Client", "you", "your" refer to the user of our services

• "Contract" refers to the agreement between ZEDBOX and the client

Service Description

ZEDBOX provides lightning protection services including:

• Weather detection and alert systems

• Protection of electrical and electronic equipment

• Real-time monitoring of atmospheric conditions

• Technical support and preventive maintenance

• Training and implementation assistance

Client Obligations

As a client, you commit to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Follow installation and usage instructions

• Maintain equipment in good working condition

• Report any malfunction immediately

• Comply with local and national regulations

• Not use services for illegal purposes

ZEDBOX Obligations

ZEDBOX commits to:

• Provide services compliant with contractual specifications

• Ensure system availability and reliability

• Maintain and update equipment

• Provide competent technical support

• Respect agreed intervention deadlines

• Guarantee client data confidentiality

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to ZEDBOX services remain the exclusive property of ZEDBOX. The client commits to:

• Not copy, modify, or distribute software

• Not decompile or analyze source code

• Respect trademarks and copyrights

• Use services only according to authorized conditions

Liability and Warranties

ZEDBOX guarantees that its services comply with technical specifications. However:

• ZEDBOX liability is limited to the amount of sums paid

• ZEDBOX is not responsible for indirect damages

• Warranties exclude normal wear and misuse

• The client must subscribe to civil liability insurance

• Weather predictions and alerts are based on artificial intelligence models and may contain errors or inaccuracies

• ZEDBOX does not guarantee 100% accuracy of predictions and is not responsible for damages resulting from decisions made based on these predictions

• The client acknowledges that lightning protection systems are decision support tools and not absolute safety guarantees

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Monthly or annual billing according to contract

• Payment within 30 days of billing

• 3% monthly late fee in case of delay

• Service suspension in case of non-payment

• Prices revisable annually according to price index

Contract Termination

The contract may be terminated:

• By mutual agreement of the parties

• By ZEDBOX in case of non-compliance with obligations

• By the client with 3 months notice

• In case of force majeure or impossibility of execution

• With pro-rata refund of unprovided services

Force Majeure

ZEDBOX will not be responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by force majeure events such as:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods)

• Strikes, riots, or civil unrest

• Power or telecommunications failures

• Government or regulatory interventions

• Exceptional weather events

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Burkinabe law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Ouagadougou, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
